Calicanto leather products are made of natural leather carefully selected. Marketings and irregularities may be apparent, even in the most luxurious skins. These are natural characteristics of the animal and should not be considered as imperfections.
This article is made with a leather with finish gives the product extra durability, while preserving it’s natural character.
The suede side is made with a top-grain leather whose grain side is sanded to give the leather a specific feel.
An item of leather such as this can only improve with time, provided that it is looked after. We therefore suggest you comply with the following recommendation:
-avoid prolonged exposure to strong light, heat and damp.
-avoid contact with oily substances, make-up, and solvents.
-clean the leather with a particular neutral cream.
-clean the suede side only with a dry cotton cloth.
We recommend you to avoid overfilling your bag, regardless of the type of leather used, to preserve its original shape for as long as possible and to avoid weakening the leather.
After use, we also recommend stuffing pour bag with tissue paper and storing it upright in its cover, away from light, damp and heat.

The Seller provides the Products with the statutory warranty of conformity in accordance with the provisions of Arts. 128 to 135 of Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005 (so-called Consumer Code). This warranty envisages that the Seller is liable for conformity defects existing at the time of delivery of the goods that appear within 2 (two) years of delivery. To take advantage of the conformity warranty, Customers, under penalty of forfeiture, must report to the Seller any defect of the Product purchased within 2 (two) months of its discovery. The action to assert defects not maliciously concealed by the Seller falls under the statute of limitations, in any case, within twenty six months of delivery of the goods; Customers, appointed for execution of the Contract, may nevertheless always assert the rights pursuant to Article 130(2) of Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005 provided that the conformity defect has been reported within two months of its discovery and before expiry of the period referred to in the previous sentence. In the case of a conformity defect reported within the established deadline, Consumers may, at their discretion, request the Seller to repair the goods or replace them, at no charge in both cases, unless the remedy requested is objectively impossible or excessively expensive compared to the other. Consumers may also request, at their discretion, a reasonable price reduction or termination of the Contract in the presence of one of the following situations: a) repair and replacement are impossible or excessively burdensome; b) the Seller has not repaired or replaced the goods within a reasonable period of time of the request; c) the replacement or repair previously carried out has caused considerable inconvenience to the Customer. In order to benefit from the conformity warranty, it is recommended to keep and show the purchase documents of the Product. For further information on the statutory conformity warranty for consumers, please consult the Consumer Code. All return costs for defective products will be borne by the Seller.
